Air conditioned building. Good bagels once a month. Always a fresh supply of comfy computer chairs.
Cons
Management is subpar. Pay is horrible for what they expect from you. Not family friendly. HR person is absolutely worthless and she is probably the most uncivil human being I have ever encountered. Employees get no appreciation for making this company money. Management instructs you to make absurd changes to procedures to make more money for them but punish the employees when clients complain they have been cheated. They provide false sales pitches to gain clients and more money but when it comes time to perform duties promised in the sales pitch, UTS employees are told to disregard because they have other things they should focus on. Over all, employees are great, management is horrible, HR is extremely horrible, owners are greedy.
