Management. Pay. HR. Owners. I have never, ever encountered such a ridiculous group of individuals who call themselves leaders. Not to mention it's amazing the lies that spew out when trying to sell themselves to clients. It is truly awful. Current HR needs to learn how to interact with people- don't plan on asking for work advice or work related issues- you'll end up feeling like a worthless individual after.
Quite frankly I can't think of any good reasons to work for these idiots except maybe the benefits aren't too bad.
Cons
Management and ownership really stink. Employees are not allowed to make any decisions at all without approval from supervisors. You are treated like a date entry clerk. All phone calls are monitored, all computer entries are fingerprinted. Office culture bad, they do not approve of talking to people around you, just work, work work
