Parties, an odd bonus, and some development.

Hard unfair targets. Hard to fill roles with high revenue cut throat targets. Fired if it does not meet revenue. Colleagues are taking ownership of your work. I had to go through this at a young age, was a bit unfair and traumatic.

I am an employee of Uniting Ambition and have worked here for over 3 years. After seeing what someone had posted I felt compelled to respond to give a true employees perspective on what it is like to work at Uniting Ambition. I have worked for the company for years now and have found them to be nothing other than professional, determined and BOCA (which stands for our company values: Bold, Ownership, Creativity and loads of ambition) It's a shame to see a post such as the previous one as I believe many of the points to be a lie. Unfortunately this could be from anyone, a previous team member that maybe wasn't performing or even someone in competition with Uniting Ambition or a Rec 2 Rec trying to damage our reputation.Until sights like this vet the people who make the posts, I feel they should all be taken with a pinch of salt! We regularly get asked what incentives and benefits we want and have regular reviews for our development. There are times when you need to put in longer hours and it can be hard work, but to be honest I've found this in the other recruitment businesses I've worked for.
