Pros

They always manage to employ great people, so your peers will make it just about bearable.

Cons

You're sold a dream, nothing is what they tell you and progression is atrocious. You're treated like a money making machine to keep the director driving his Ferrari and expected to work every hour under the sun. As soon as you miss a target you get a letter about performance and half of the roles are impossible to fill with ridiculous clients. Trying to be bigger than they are, they should just focus on IT as that's what they do best.

Pros

None that I can think of, don't let the branding fool you - bunch of cowboys

Cons

Absolutely no moral compass - treats staff terribly. hires & fires people on a whim with little consideration, unprofessional 'relationships' between senior members of team Not collabertive at all - all consultants are out for themselves, very underhand Serious clash flow issues Awful management team - far too many 'Directors' who just seem to swan about on phones all day not doing much Lack of process or database - pure chaos - none of the basics are even in place Asks new employees to sign a contract signing their linkedin accounts over to the business so they have full control and can delete data after you leave!

Too money driven, don't really care about the people

Pros

Good Brand and client base Good Commission

Cons

Heavily KPI driven. Targets are set - doesn't matter whats in the pipeline or whats going on in your client base. Juniors get all the nice roles as they don't have to pay them as much. High Turnover of staff - Often be a wave of people leaving/ getting sacked
