Pros
First of all, a really good recruitment process when bringing you into the company, the internal recruiter is absolutely amazing and does a great job and makes sure you are happy through the whole process and once joined UA. Good training, a really good close team of people that collaborate together well, very good tools available to do the job, the best I have seen within the industry. Everyone is supportive all the way up to the MD and the shareholders. Good incentives, a great atmosphere, a buzz around the floor. Good leadership with everyone singing from the same hymn sheet and all aiming for the same goal.
Cons
There is tough days like with any job, there is always obstacles, I always say tough times don't last but tough people do. UA as a place to work I struggle to find a negative, the negatives lie within the role in general and the challenges you would expect to face in this industry. There is high expectations of you and it is heavily targeted but it is your chance to earn very well. You will have to graft but you will be rewarded very well. Vending machine could be cheaper though
