      Pros

      This company has a strong relationship with it's employees, setting up a robust package of rewards and benefits including a generous pension package. It listens and changes to meet the demands of the customer and the employee, striving to be better and improve the environment in which we serve and live.

      Cons

      Working in a sector which is under the spotlight by the media and pressure groups. Sometimes unfairly represented, making it tricky to engage with the public whilst wearing the badge.

      Pros

      A company who cares about its colleagues. Great company to work for providing fantastic opportunities if people want them. Lovely working environment and on site facilities. Managers who genuinely care for the well being of others
