      Good wages, good hours, training is good, team members are supportive

      Cons

      Unless your a favourite colleague you wont get anywhere, limited progression and everything is slow moving.

      Pros

      A company who cares about its colleagues. Great company to work for providing fantastic opportunities if people want them. Lovely working environment and on site facilities. Managers who genuinely care for the well being of others
