Pros
I was made to feel welcomed and put at ease by the interviewers. There was also patience/understanding when faced with an unexpected problem (see below).
Cons
I was sent a pack/email which confirmed the subjects/questions to prepare for. I spent considerable time preparing for the interview and on the day of the interview itself, some of the questions did not align with what I was told to prepare for.
