- Great office environment - Great office location - Very meritocratic company - Extremely dynamic environment - Lots of flexibility - Absence of negative pressure
Cons
- The HQ is in Lisbon, where the cost of living is increasing faster than salaries. Do not come here (to Lisbon) to earn a good salary. - The company is making a good effort in improving the staff, however there is still a few employees who take for granted the perks and flexibility offered by this startup , they often do not appreciate it and easily complain.
