Pros
Cool environment and amazing team for the first few months that I was there. Nice office. International vibe. It's a great place to kick off your career because you learn a lot from team mates and also by yourself. The small team structure and the hectic environment makes it complicated to learn from your manager.
Cons
Massive firing without previous notice. Half of the company was let go. No solid strategy. Felt like we were all doing things for the sake of doing something.
Advice to Management
Treat your team members better and trust them. Come up with a solid strategy.

The office is AMAZING: big open space and possibility to work from home and possible career opportunities.
Cons
You never know what you are signing up for and for how long, they can dismiss you however and whenever they want. Always check the papers you are signing!

- The great atmosphere - Amazing office and its location - The great co-workers - The multicultural and young environment - Kind people - You can try different jobs, mostly in the operational department, if you want - The benefits (working from home, free fruit, benflex)... - The cool office parties

- High turnover rate - Generally, employees stay less than a year - Many changes in management - No prospects of career progression (only for some employees) - Yearly firing many employees - Not taking advantage of people's skills - Not listening to employee's tips and ideas - Leaving people unmotivated and eventually letting them leave the company.
Advice to Management
Take advantage of the people you have. You have so many great and motivated employees and you lost so many because you didn't value in them. Don't let that happen anymore!

Friendly coworkers. Relaxed environment. You will find a lot of friends here.
Cons
Not a very dynamic workplace. The structure of the company doesn't help the growth the would need to get to finally make a big step. Management is probably the biggest bottleneck.

Give more trust to employees, let them experiment more. Invest more in training. Reduce the duration of meetings
