Poor Management and future strategy - Unifoed Communications Sales Unify Employee Review

It is very obvious that the Sr Management has never spent time in the field at SEN nor do they have round tables with the people in the trenches. If they did, the company would not be in this poor position. It has excellent products but the Head of PM, has no idea what her product capabilities are nor has she and her team spent time in the trenches.
