Had opportunities to learn lot of latest open source technologies which are in high demand in the job market Nice team environment with talented people

No long term viability. Making too many changes and investing in product which not making money and retired number of products which still making money

No salary increase in the past 5 years Very unclear future given that the company is investing all its furutre in one product Some of the managers are non technical and not only they don't understand the many challenges that a developer can go through but also have no clue about the product at all we have people who as a result of their friendship with executives impact other employees carrers in a very negative way The management plays the blame game as soon as there is an issue as opose to fixing it there is no real appreciation of the employees, we are just numbers Management is only concerned about everyone's hours as opose to the results and the quality of the work.
