Pros
My co-workers and compensation were the best components of my experience at this job. I also established good customer relationships with several clients. A very nice alternative to the retail world. I gained valuable experience at Siemens/Unify.
Cons
Stodgy management and upper level Business Administration. My immediate supervisor was good, but I question some of the management above him. My goal was to build a career here and evolve throughout the organization. That didn't happen.
