Pros
New brand created near universal enthusiasm among employees. Employees have not felt positive about anything for a loooong time before that, And second, the promise of Project Ansible combined with the modern new brand has given us momentum, even hope at a better future.
Cons
There is no confidence that management and ownership will do what's right to deliver on Ansible's lofty promises. Several top execs have left the business in the last few weeks. Rumors of another restructuring are everywhere. All that promise and hope may turn into scorn again.
