You get to learn a lot while working here! Training incentives, focused on keeping development team working with the latest technology. Top notch people. 1- No one will stop you from trying a new idea 2 - No one will pick on you for trying a new idea 3 - Good work life balance. Which is very important if you have a family.
Cons
You're typical growing pains with any company trying to achieve global domination... :-) It can be frustrating at times but as long as you can visualize the long terms goals then the future looks very promising.
