    Pros

    Flex time, development team work well together.
    crazy ideas, sometime we make it work. most of the is fun but sometime too much stuff to do not enough time

    Cons

    growing pain, need to hire more people to fast track some of pending project

    Hire more good people but need to have fun too

    Applied through school, wanted to see some of my written work before hand. Relaxed environment/ workplace. Interview was very informal. Lots of questions on school, grades, relevant courses. 2 interviewers, Had a current co-op student to sit in on the interview as well.
