    Pros

    Software Development team is friendly, and willing to help co-ops. They also offer Microsoft certifications for full time employees, which can be beneficial for your career

    Cons

    Location is far from downtown, though that's not necessarily a con.

    Applied through school, wanted to see some of my written work before hand. Relaxed environment/ workplace. Interview was very informal. Lots of questions on school, grades, relevant courses. 2 interviewers, Had a current co-op student to sit in on the interview as well.
