Pros
Unbounce used to offer a great workplace culture. Their benefits package, wellness and vacation policy, and extra perks (birthday off, $1000 vacation budget, $250 WFH budget) are hard to beat. That being said, I would not be surprised if these benefits were significantly reduced in 2025, as the new leadership team is cutting costs wherever possible. They seem to lack a desire for maintaining what's left of the company culture.
Cons
The level of gaslighting being showcased by the new leadership team over the recent merging with Insightly is shocking. Morale at the company is at an all-time low after a significant number of long-tenured employees were let go. The core product is a clunky, out-of-date stack of cards, and I don't see that changing due to the amount of core product knowledge that disappeared with the recent layoff. The Customer Support team was recently cut in half and replaced with extremely poor augmentation that is barely able to grasp how the product works. Customer Success Managers are buried under a legacy customer pricing migration. Overall the customer experience has hit a new low.
