      Pros

      People. Culture was always Unbounce's strength, and there are still lots of great, long-tenured employees trying to keep it alive.

      Cons

      Company has been mismanaged for several years. Previous leadership couldn't figure out how to move forward, new leadership is still looking for answers. Core product has been neglected for a long time. Culture has been eroded through departure of founders, multiple layoffs, and generally low morale. It's do-or-die time, and "die" seems more likely.

      Pros

      Great management team, positive and ultra competent crew, amazing new digs (not open space galore), willingness to constantly improve, genuine desire for work/life balance... the list goes on and on... It really is just the best place to work in Van.

      Cons

      Self-introspecting, exploring and experimenting are all necessary in a growing company, but also have downsides in the form of unclear directions and wasted efforts.
