      Pros

      I can not speak highly enough of Unbounce. So far, the best company I have ever worked for. - People first company. They care a lot about the well being of their employees. - Very good and fair salary. - Flexible schedule. - Managers are very open to hear suggestions and are very respectful towards the employee. - Super friendly environment. - The company is constantly changing so there is always something new to learn. - Good support in your career development. - Diversity is one of the core values.

      Cons

      - There are only Customer Success job opportunities in Berlin based company. - Is still a product that is only focused for the English speaking market.

      Pros

      Great management team, positive and ultra competent crew, amazing new digs (not open space galore), willingness to constantly improve, genuine desire for work/life balance... the list goes on and on... It really is just the best place to work in Van.

      Cons

      Self-introspecting, exploring and experimenting are all necessary in a growing company, but also have downsides in the form of unclear directions and wasted efforts.
