Umbraco has a startup'y feel to it, while growing rapidly, which means you get to learn both what it means to be in a company driven by people with a entrepreneurial mindset and how to work with scaling an international growth business.
Cons
If you are used to having specialists available on hand for solving all kinds of tasks, then you will find that Umbraco is not at that point yet. Everyone is expected to come up with solutions or suggestions for solutions, rather than just pointing out problems and having someone else fix them.
