      Pros

      Young team - open to learn , and willing to execute

      Cons

      Local culture - needs alot of improvement required. Lack of proper leadership and managerial experience to lead the team. non sales - super high work load and pay is relatively low. Require to work overtime, weekends and even on when one is on vacation, medical or chinese new year.

      Exciting industry and Ultimaker is growing quickly. Small but mighty teams that allow you to shine and take on new challenges. Lots of opportunities to sharpen your skills.

      Cons

      Time zones! Sometimes, with the offices spread out as they are, it can be difficult to align meetings and responses lag.

      Management sabotaging own company. Never recovered after merger. No clear direction. Lots of internal problems.
