Pros
Benefits- NOT Salary- I cannot think of much, as the reimbursement rate is also low.
Cons
Complete disregard for employees- very toxic environment. Territories keep expanding- doubling the work load and not the pay. Constant turn over with senior employees leaving. Managers have NO clue to what National Accounts Business Management looks like. Great with numbers and reporting, not so great with customers or GPOs. Be prepared to work seven days a week and expected to be mobile up to 90 miles from your office space. Largely NO support from management who do not communicate or respond to emails, phone calls or texts.
