Pros
Several tools created to streamline processes; however, they rarely function.
Cons
Too little emphasis on training/mentoring new employees, both new 1102s as well as those new to MICC regarding processes, procedures, and policies, and resources to perform the duties. Too much emphasis on updates and briefs of workload status impedes progress toward making awards. Very little meaningful training. The hierarchical structure does not add value to the pre-award process; it creates undue delays. Internet connectivity poor. Process streamlining tools rarely function.
