Pros
Payments are great, the team is amazing, the atmosphere is also good. Travels are included abroad if you are friends with the management ;)
Cons
The management only counts you as a person if they like you, otherwise you are a nobody, despite your hard work and ideas. There is only a chance of promotion if you are - once again - friends with the right people :)
