Pros
Good overall benefits. Good colleagues within the team. Direct manager is open to communication.
Cons
Executives making bad decisions without any knowledge of what is going on in the ground and what is impacting them, causing important people to leave at an alarming rate. Making no efforts to retain employees. Executive decisions are having a huge work life balance impact which went from bad to worse in the past few months. People have been working round the clock with no rest and people have been told to sacrifice their applied PTO to get work done. Coming in from Ultimate Software, the culture has totally changed and has gone from bad to worse ever since the merger. Communication with teams from other departments are very bad and there are many pushbacks with regards to the other teams withholding information and not being cooperative. Higher management is only interested in the numbers games and acquiring multiple companies at a very fast rate without solving the inherent problem that exists within the 2 companies that originally merged. Higher management does not give credit where credit is due. They throw teams under the bus and during quarterly townhalls they do not recognize the efforts made by the teams that were thrown under the bus but recognize customer facing teams instead. Is front end more important than the backend?
