Pros
Benefits. The company has always fully paid our employee and family benefits which is something to be said especially with the high cost of insurance.
Cons
No work life balance. No support for managers. If a non-management employee is struggling, then counseling, training and mentorship is offered However if you are a manager, even with years of experience and even when your team is doing well (meeting goals, clients are happy etc.) if upper management (Directors etc) seem to think you are slipping, they do not offer you any assistance. The only advice given, is "you have 30 days to find another position within the company" or you will be gone. Within the Services division, I know of 4 managers within the last 2 months that have been let go. Each of these managers had more than 3 years of experience, were given good reviews and their teams were meeting all goals.
