Health benefits - Paid for but suck HR is non existent Nepotism is rampant PTO is a joke - can't use it and can't cash anything out when you leave - this is a company benefit not an employee benefit. Clawbacks - you have to pay back commission if implementation goes astray (30% of the time) and they decrease your current year attainment so you have to sell that amount again just to get where you were, even if it was from a previous fiscal year. Base pay is pretty low and commission structure is slow to ramp, don't make any money (very little) until 50% attainment.
