Pros
Decent (employer paid) benefits. Top of the line hardware (laptop, cell, etc). A solution that has potential to compete with the big boys. Marketing resources.
Cons
Still have not figured out the merger. Two sales orgs merging and it's like trying to connect two negative batteries. Culture has nose dived. Management at certain levels don't come from a sales background. This team used to be about generating revenue and being the first ones knocking on the door. Now it's about daily recaps, call numbers, and non money making practices.
