The position has turned into a numbers driven stress factory. Employees have been turned into a metric and the human factor is gone, it's well known among countless employees in support. Change NEEDS to happen in upper management, your best employees are looking for careers outside of Kronos, and new hires are quiting a few months in. Stop micro managing everyone, let your managers manage. Trust your employees to do right and train the others to get better. The support position is sinking quickly.
