Pros
Access to good health insurance with healthcare on campus. Great 4013(b) matching (I believe it was 7% or 8%)
Cons
It was unclear how to get a promotion. It seemed like everyone who was there had been there forever and were very content in their jobs. Lots of expectations but no rewards for meeting expectations. No annual performance reviews because I was not designated as a "career" employee.
