      Flexible hours, beautiful facility, best students in the WORLD, great benefits, location, never a dull moment, impact in the community

      Cons

      No professional development, underpaid, overworked, young staff, more drama than anyone knows what to do with, nothing to do with student affairs... more to do with "politicking"
