Great academic environment. Peers are diligent. Professors are knowledgeable. Many inter-department collaboration. Can take class while doing research. Great location in west LA.
Cons
Not enough funding for most departments. Workload is usually heavy (depending on professor). Living near campus and parking are expensive.
