      Pros

      Beautiful campus. Stable income. Misc employee perks/benefits. They provide opportunities for professional development and hiring within.

      Cons

      Terrible commute area. UC budget in flux and not a lot of pay raises. Have to deal with lots of work politics and bureaucracy.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up
