      Great Benefits (full heath, dental, vision, savings, pension, van pools, educational discouts, etc) Starting* pay is competitive Relaxed/friendly work environment Good people Good work/life balance

      Lack of advancement opportunity Few raises means wages stagnate Management not concerned with efficiency/over concerned with minor things Very bureaucratic & slow to change

      Pros

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day

      Working with students is satisfying and fulfilling. It also helps yourself retain information you have learned from past courses.

      Cons

      The Peer Learning Unit is poorly managed, and it is difficult to communicate with your supervisors.
