Pros
It is a fun environment and has a friendly atmosphere so there is not much pressure. The hours work around your school schedule and management tries to accommodate you as much as possible.
Cons
The pay rate should be higher, it is only minimum wage and closing is awful. You also have to stand a lot, which I don't find a big deal
