      Practical, hands-on experience. Getting to work on a real-life flight mission. Communicating with aerospace companies to conduct tests and experiments

      Cons

      It is hard to balance work, while being a full-time student at UCLA. Challenging work, but really good experience as well

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up

      Working with students is satisfying and fulfilling. It also helps yourself retain information you have learned from past courses.

      Cons

      The Peer Learning Unit is poorly managed, and it is difficult to communicate with your supervisors.
