Pros

Your managers know nothing about business so it's easy to make them happy

Cons

1. Excessive Workplace Politics The team lead frequently withholds information and even lies to team members. Employees hesitate to take time off because they fear others will claim credit for their work during their absence. 2. Favoritism Based on Appearance The team lead shows clear bias toward younger, more attractive female employees, granting them preferential access to resources. They often misuse company time, such as occupying meeting rooms for hours just to socialize and have fun. 3. Below-Market Compensation The company pays the lowest wages in the industry, making employees some of the worst-compensated professionals in the field. Meanwhile, bonuses are disproportionately awarded to incompetent individuals who lack basic business acumen. 4. Bureaucratic Work Culture Instead of focusing on innovation, employees are forced to attend endless, unproductive meetings that contribute little to actual progress.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
