Pros

- Newly renovated facilities - Good work/life balance - Good company as a whole, looks great on your resume

Cons

- No upward mobility, almost exclusively hires externally - Salary is embarrassingly low, no bonus - Incredibly unprofessional work environment (i.e. profanity, open conversations about personal relations with other employees) - The entire purpose for the firm bringing operations to Nashville was to be able to pay dumb southern workers half what they paid the staff in Jersey - Management is from before UBS made a push to invest in Nashville, so they're grossly under-qualified - Quality of product suffering, so the firm is backtracking and hiring half of Goldman Sachs to come in and clean up the mess.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
