- Micromanagement in pure form - Narcisstic leadership that doesn't respect opinions of others and thinks its always right, communicating on the edge of abuse and mobbing on daily basis during team meeting - Arrogant and demanding approach to the team putting constant pressure for deadlines - Lots of pointless meetings that are a complete waste of time - Periodical mandatory trainings that are completely unrelated to the job I was doing - Extremely low working comfort due to poor development environment
