      Pros

      The compensation is great but is increasingly geared toward stock. Ethical standards are high. The people are great, a lot to learn from. Very teamwork oriented.

      Cons

      Cons Work life balance leaves a lot to be desired - at the end of the day its an investment bank and the nature of the job.
