Good work life balance and decent benefits - but don't expect a promotion! - Operations Analyst UBS Employee Review

Pros

Work life balance is generally good, the hours aren't too long and managers are often flexible about when you work. Colleagues are also good fun to work with and team spirit is usually quite high. Buildings and facilities are also good in terms of nice offices, good IT equipment, changing rooms and medical centre etc.

Cons

It is nigh on impossible to get promoted no matter how hard you work. You can get the best grades in your appraisal and still others will be promoted above you, on the basis that they've sat in their seat longer than you!

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
