      Pros

      Severance package for long time employees. Probably the only reason to stay right now.

      Cons

      Currently leadership is replacing most IT management with IB staffers. If you are not one of the insiders from the IB, there is a good chance you will be either fighting for your job, be outsources or laid off. Overall I believe the strategy will work out, but it is going to take a while, poor bonus' and lots of layoffs.

      Pros

      Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

      Cons

      Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
