Pros
Lots of unqualified and inexperienced people in the Change Team. Easy to make a positive impact.
Cons
Incompetent leaders and junior people promoted for no real reason. Attending my first town hall was laughable. There were 4 or 5 directors patting themselves on the back, proclaiming how they were going to implement some very basic ideas. What were they doing before? The person in charge of the UK Ops Change team had no formal project / programme management training or qualifications and minimal change experience.
