Pros
1. Amazing pay if you deserve it. 2. Work culture is relaxed, modern and stress free. 3. Great focus on people skills like ethics, respectful conduct and inclusiveness. 4. Flexible work space arrangement empowers me to improve productivity. 5. Pantry area is decked up with sofas, TV, lounges and snack vending machines and free yet good quality coffee. The last one being my favourite. 6. Work load as a developer is not too much.
Cons
1. Few managers coming from service industry background hate things like flexible work arrangements and relaxed work hours and try really hard to spoil the work culture for everyone. The management should take note that this will cause really bad results for the morale of skilled work force. 2. Tech stack is not the most latest but efforts are in place to upgrade them. 3. Food in Mumbai canteen needs improvement.
