Pros
The best reasons to work for UBS are the competive benefits. They are very fair with their employee policies. The work is also interesting and at times very challenging.
Cons
Right now some of the downsides are the huge amount of losses that have been incurred by the investment bank. This and the general state of financial services has put us into a very difficult situation. While we once enjoyed a very positive brand image we must now overcome some very bad press. The relatively good performace of wealth management may not get rewarded due to these big losses.
