Pros
Work Life balance is excellent at UBS. Management is very considerate of your needs and knows allows time off from work if you need it. Wealth management division is laid back and there is not much pressure. The company also tries to really make its employees happy and everyone at the firm is extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons
My compensation seems a little lower then the industry. Technology being used here is outdated and we are forced to learn legacy languages in order to provide support. Poor choices by one of the firm's business groups drastically affects other business groups too. Performance reviews are very subjective given the high emphasis placed on them. It varies significantly from manager to manager.
