      - overall quite satisfied. with regard to comp, responsibility, conditions etc

      Cons

      - hit or miss with line managers. bad line managers seem to be tolereated and they create an acidic environment - performance revoiews and forced ranking. very nasty politics going on - culture has been diluted and now resembles nothing of what reallymade UBS a great place to work. very sad really...

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
