      Pros

      Addition of Bob McCann has help make wealth management the driving force of the company. WM continues to get better and clients are taken care of well.

      Cons

      Investment banking division is not well run. Tough to get good employees when compensation isn't good. Equity research needs improvement as other firms on the street have better research. All comes down to compensation. Compensation across the firm is the biggest weakness.

      Pros

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
