      Excellent leadership and the experience you gain early on in your career is invaluable. Working for a financial advisor has its pro's such constant feedback

      Cons

      The technology was very outdated and with compliance it was very hard to get anything new passed to help make your easier

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
