      Strong wealth manager, definitely a top tier employer in banking and a lot of different roles and experts across all sectors. Technology footprint has been growing and will shape the future of banking

      Cons

      Rigid rules, slow dynamism and still legacy platforms. There is almost no meritocracy and very difficult to grow internally unless you have a strong network. Benefits have also been reduced over the years

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
